This is a happy moment and a sad one, JJ….Jim Johnson of WRIF, WLLZ, WCSX and WOMC has called it a career.

Jim is a great guy, I work with him and George Baier in the early 90’s, before I left for WDFN and it was an amazing experience.  I grew up listening to JJ and The Morning Crew and to have the opportunity to work with Jim and George was all a Detroit kid could ask for to kick off a career.

The way George and Jim went about their business taught me a lot and helped me navigate the radio waters as a young guy coming up in the business.
