Our morning show producer at 105.3 The Fan, Troy Hughes wrote a really cool song for the Texas Ranger’s first trip to the World Series. I have posted the video for Ranger fans and those who hate the Yankees and San Fransisco Giants! Antler’s up my friends!
The Texas Rangers finally made it to the World Series on Friday Night by beating the New York Yankees in Arlington, Texas. It was awesome witnessing a franchise finally take the next step. You don’t often get a chance to see history, but that is exactly what we witnessed on Friday night as the Ranger’s clinch in front of the home crowd.

The “Hello World Series” is a tribute to longtime Ranger play-by-play announcer Mark Holtz who died in 1997. His signature phrase was “Hello, win column” following Ranger wins during his tenure. Nice tribute to a classic here in Dallas-Fort Worth. Here are some other classic shots,
Here are some more shots, on is A-Rod looking at a called third strike to end the ALCS. The other pictures are the ensuing celebration.
Ceck out the video below. It is of Josh Hamilton fouling out in his first at bat since his return to the lineup. Watch closely as the Ranger fan allows the Angels player to make the play in foul territory! WTF Ranger fans, this is the third time this year you’ve let an opposing player make an out when you could have prevented it.
RANGER FANS….IF THE FOUL BALL IS NEAR YOU, MAKE SURE THE OPPOSING TEAM CAN’T CATCH IT. This wouldn’t happen in New York, Chicago or Boston, STOP BEING SO DAMN NICE AND CATCH THE BALL.
